Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.
Early Weather Assessment: Safety is our top priority! We closely monitor weather forecasts leading up to your event. If adverse weather conditions are likely to impact your rental, we will proactively reach out to discuss your options, allowing you to make an informed decision.
Rain or Light Wind: We will proceed with your rental in light rain or wind conditions of up to 20 mph, as long as it is safe to do so. Our equipment is designed to withstand light rain and it can still provide hours of fun.
Heavy Rain or Storms: In the event of heavy rain, storms, or wind conditions exceeding 20 mph, we prioritize safety and will not set up or operate our equipment. If such weather conditions are forecasted or occur on the day of your rental, you have the following options:
Reschedule: We offer the option to reschedule your rental for another available date within the next six months at no additional charge, subject to availability.
Credit: You can receive a credit for the full amount of your rental, which can be used for a future booking within six months.
Refund: If rescheduling or a credit is not suitable for you, we can provide a full refund for your rental, excluding a nominal 10% processing fee.
You must notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled rental time to receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!
Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do provide a water hose (25ft long) if inflatable is further please have a water hose present.
To ensure availability, we recommend booking your bounce house as early as possible, especially for peak seasons and weekends. Typically, reserving your inflatable 3-4 weeks in advance is a good rule of thumb, but we’ll do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings whenever we can.
Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and flexible. We understand that circumstances can change.
Cancellation Period:
- Cancellations made at least 14 days before the scheduled rental date will receive a full refund, minus a 10% processing fee OR you can opt to add the credit to your account for future booking OR reschedule without an additional fee (based upon unit availability).
- Cancellations made within 7-13 days of the rental date will receive a 50% refund of amount paid.
- Cancellations made within 6 days or less of the rental date will result in the forfeiture of the amount paid.
